Shipping Policies
Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
Domestic Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping: Ground shipping, available within the USA mainland.

Expedited Shipping: Priority Mail, (usually takes 1-2 business days) for an extra $4.99.
Please note: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO boxes due to transportation regulations for hazardous items.
International Shipping:
- Our international shipping service is limited to Canada for US$9.99 per unit ordered.
- Canada Delivery Time: Once processed, another 4-6 business days.
Important: If you contact the carrier to change the address, Maple Prime will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or damage.
Cancellations and Returns
Order Cancellations:
- If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you are eligible for a full refund.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items in their original, sealed condition.

Return Period: You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid shipping label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
