Shipping Policies
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day. However, in some cases, additional processing time may be required due to items being on back order. When this applies, the estimated delivery timeframe is clearly indicated on the individual product page.
Domestic Shipping:
Free Shipping: Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. Orders under $49 are subject to standard shipping rates.
Standard Shipping: Once processed, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days and costs $5.99
Expedited Shipping: Once processed, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days and costs $9.99
Please note: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO boxes due to transportation regulations for hazardous items.
International Shipping:
Our international shipping service is limited to Canada for US$10.99 per order.
Canada Delivery Time: Once processed, another 4-6 business days.
Cancellations and Returns
Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you are eligible for a full refund.

Return Policy:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items in their original, sealed condition, with original packaging and labels.
Return Period: You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid shipping label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
