This Return Policy is provided for your convenience and to facilitate understanding of the return procedures outlined in our Terms of Sale. The Terms of Sale govern your purchases from Maple Prime Beauty LLC (“Maple Prime,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and this Return Policy is a supplemental reference to make the return process more accessible to you. 

By making a purchase through our website at https://mapleprime.com, or through any related media, mobile website, or application (collectively, the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the full Terms of Sale, including this Return Policy. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Return Policy and the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale shall prevail. 

Please note that the Terms of Sale, including this Return Policy, may be updated or amended at any time at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms of Sale and any related policies prior to making a purchase. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any aspect of the Terms of Sale or this Return Policy, you are expressly prohibited from making purchases through the Site, and you must discontinue use immediately.

Third-Party Platform Purchases:

A.                 Fulfilled by Third Parties:

Products purchased through third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay) and fulfilled by those platforms are subject to the return policies and terms of service of the respective platform. We are not responsible for handling returns, refunds, or customer service for these purchases. Any issues regarding returns or refunds will be managed exclusively by the platform from which the purchase was made.

B.                  Fulfilled by Us:

For products purchased through third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay) but fulfilled directly by us, we are responsible for handling customer service, returns, and refunds in accordance with the return policies of the respective platform. Please contact us directly for assistance with any issues related to these purchases.

Discretionary Returns for Third-Party Purchases:

In some instances, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to approve returns for products purchased on third-party platforms as a goodwill gesture. Any such approval is an exception to our policy and does not imply an obligation to approve returns for similar cases in the future.

Returns for Direct Purchases:

Our return policy below applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our website or mobile application. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms outlined here.

Maple Prime Returns:

At Maple Prime, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure you're happy with every product you receive. We offer full refunds on eligible items; however we do not refund additional charges such as shipping or gift wrapping fees.

Maple Prime accepts returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be sealed in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 90 days of purchase.
We can only accept returns if the item is fully sealed. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on any opened items.

Order Cancellations:

If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you are eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid shipping label upon request, Maple Prime will issue a refund to your original payment method, provided the product is returned fully sealed. However, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return Your Products:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@mapleprime.com with your order details to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. We will email you a prepaid shipping label if requested. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the receipt.
4. Ship the package to us using your label or the prepaid label.
5. Once we receive and verify that the item is sealed and eligible for a return, we will process your refund promptly.
